The SDM50 is a fully integrated single-point LiDAR module based on DTOF technology with a highly sensitive 905nm laser sensor with a maximum ranging range of 50m (90% reflectivity). Its built-in Direct Time Of Flight algorithm, combined with fast TDC architecture and anti-jamming algorithm, can achieve high-precision ranging of ±5cm (<5m) and 1% (≥5m) in a 100KLux bright light environment, with a resolution as low as 1mm. The module adopts 3.3~5V wide voltage power supply, with a peak power consumption of only 0.4W, supports UART/IIC dual interface communication, and has built-in temperature compensation function. With a package size of only 18.7x11.8x13.3mm and a weight of 2g, the miniaturized design fits into a compact space.
