◆SDP series is a fully integrated single-channel direct time-of-flight (dToF) laser ranging sensor developed by Siman Sensing Technologies. The sensor integrates a highly sensitive infrared-enhanced single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) sensor with a measurement range of up to 50 meters under standard ambient lighting conditions. The chip integrates the time-dependent single-photon counting (TCSPC) algorithm, histogram statistical algorithm, and fast time-to-digital converter (TDC) architecture, which not only achieves high-precision ranging, but also has the ability to measure ranging in a strong light environment of 100,000 lux, and is equipped with reflectance correction function.
