    SDAM is a fully integrated single-channel dToF ranging small module, integrating a self-developed high-sensitivity infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor with a range of 20m. The on-chip integration of time-dependent photon threshold algorithm, histogram statistical algorithm, and fast TDC architecture achieves high-precision ranging, 12m@100KLux anti-ambient light capability, and reflectance correction function. The SDAM integrated power module operates from a single 3.3V supply with built-in temperature compensation. Supporting I2C, UART interfaces, easy integration and use, and a compact and reliable optical LGA package with a small size and light weight, it is an excellent choice for micro-small dToF applications.
